About This Policy

National Justice Partners LLC ("NJP," "we," "us," or "our") is an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm authorized and licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court, License No. 70261. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website or contacts us about legal services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website or submit information to us. Please read it carefully. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

This policy does not govern information shared within an established attorney-client relationship. That information is protected by the attorney-client privilege and our confidentiality obligations under the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, which provide protections that extend beyond this policy. See the section on Legal Professional Obligations below.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Information You Provide Directly: Personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and details about your legal matter that you voluntarily submit through contact forms, intake questionnaires, or other communications with us.
  • Information Collected Automatically: When you access our website, our servers and third-party tools may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, access times, and pages viewed. This information is used for analytics and site improvement purposes.
  • Cookies and Tracking Data: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve functionality. This may include data collected by third-party analytics providers. See the Cookies section below for more detail.
  • Communications: If you email, call, or text us, we may retain records of those communications.

Legal Professional Obligations and Attorney-Client Privilege

As a licensed ABS law firm, NJP is subject to the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct, which impose confidentiality obligations that are separate from and additional to the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

Information you share with us in the context of seeking legal representation — including through our intake forms or direct communications — may be protected by the attorney-client privilege and our duty of confidentiality, provided an attorney-client relationship exists or is being formed. However, submitting information through this website alone does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Legal Disclaimer for more information.

As an ABS, NJP may include non-attorney personnel in firm operations. Non-attorney staff are subject to the same confidentiality obligations as attorneys under our internal policies and applicable professional conduct rules. Non-attorney participants do not provide legal services.

In those situations, relevant information about your matter may be shared with co-counsel to the extent necessary to provide legal services.
